And if you have someone in your life who has had a loss…don’t be afraid to just hug them and say “I’m so sorry. This sucks. What can I do for you?” This is what they want to hear. They may say “Nothing” or they may say “Dinner” because the last thing want to do is cook but what they really want to know is it’s ok to grieve and miss the loss of that precious life.
